Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

- International: Calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net using your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lumivibe.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. LumiVibe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@lumivibe.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
